My son is 4 months old .. since 4 days he is having severe cold with nasal blockage and thick discharge with mild fever. I have given him nasal saline spray plus wilminic oral drop and ibugesic plus oral drop but there is no recovery in cold ..could you pls suggest immediate relief

A. continue with all medication along with it.. stick to the good home remedies like steaming, or using room humidifier, applying and massaging with baby vicks to your baby's chest and back, increased breast feeding should be continue
