my son is 4 months old , on his head red patches are shown and dandruff is in his head, and he feels itching, plz suggest any oil, cream or lotion

Use Almond oil regularly I think your child may be having cradle Which is getting removed which is why maybe you are seeing pimples and rashes into that area is greatly going to be a great help in this case and also if you require you can always take a help from your paediatrician
