My son is 4 months 15days he is stil lean not at all gaining weight though I'm on breastfeeds & formula feed too. So please suggest me gppd formula feeding for my baby.

as mother's milk is best food for a child, please stick to breastfeeding.
babies weight gain depends on their birth weight.
usually they gain 250 to 500g per month.
so ensure that your child weighs enough or not.
for Healthy weight gain, feed your child on demand.
feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well which help to increase your child weight.
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene
