Q.
My son is 4 months 13 days old he demands more milk now but supply is less for me so weather can in introduce him solids or how to increase milk supply

Monica MohapatraMom of a 3 yr 4 m old girl2 years agoA. hi, you can eat sabu Dana and rice water and lots of dry fruits. it will increase milk. in addition to that my gynac suggested and ayurvedic option to increase milk - galact powder and lactate pills. they increased my milkb like anything.

leptadene tablets are good
take twice a day with glass of milk daily for four weeks
use simply puriffied water having tds higher than 350 for drinking
take supplements as suggested by your doctor
