my son is 4 month 19 days old, from 3 to 4 days he is continuously lifting his chest part up keeping his head and back support is that normal or should I have to consult doctor because he is doing or more often so I'm worried. also while bottle feeding also he is doing the same...so please tell me

which occurs due to gas formation and thats causing discomfort
Keep the baby head slightly elevated with the help of your palm as such so that the flow of feed is easy.
