Q.

#asktheexpert My baby is 4 months old..he has started lifting her back like he wants to sit. Should i try sitting with him with some support??

A. a baby will start Sitting with support by 6 months of age and by 7 to 8 months baby will sit without support than by 9 months usually baby crawls and in 10 months baby will stand with support. After 12 to 15 months baby will start Walking independently and sometimes it may take even longer but in no case any Walker should be avoided as it can cause recurrent fall injury and delay in the fv walking because the child lacks confidence of walking independently.

A. the Child would definitely try to these things after the age of 3 to 4 months that’s very normal because they don’t like to lie down but you cannot make your child sit with support before the age of six months it is going to be harmful for the spine of the child to do it after your child completes the age of six months not now
