my son is 4 month 11 days old premature by 2 month..in prone he is able to lift head slightly nor full and able to do neck movement in supine and while m carrying him..able to track eye..is is milestone are normal according his age? m worried .he is active and do hand and leg movement properly.do guide

A. baby may be having total head control and 5 months For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .
