Q.

My son is 4.5 month old... he is totally depend on formula milk... his current weight is 5.8 kg. I always worried about his weight... is his weight is ok according to his month? can I start biscuit and milk to my baby? Suggest some food which i can give to my baby and increased his weight

A. hii For babies less than 12m, the main source of nutrition still continues to be BM/FM. So please don't stress on the quantity that they eat. At this age, solids are only for them to discover and explore, so offer them different textures, and variety. Try to figure out times when they are not too hungry/full/sleepy and offer them solids at that time. They will have phases of accepting and rejecting the same food. Let them play and enjoy! Remember they are still getting nutrition from BM/FM.
