My son is 4.4 yrs old His father was holding him and jumped from moving train and hitted the platform and both of them got bruises.is tetanus injection must for both

Yes it is important to get get the tetanus vaccination done but I’m not understanding how the kid and the father had fallen down on the tracks I hope there is no internal injury because I don’t know how fast the train you should go for a proper check up for both
