A. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start saying simple sentences by two yearrs of age . just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentfences properly. if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

A. U For two or three more things is your child responding to the name is your child making proper eye contact if everything is in place then there could be just a simple speech teacher and nothing else but if your child is not making an eye contact or not responding to the name then there could be an issue in that case you should consult a child psychologist ones
