My son is 3years 8months old…his body temp is 100.5,cold and cough is there which syrup is best ..?

A. Crocin and Sinarist and Cherricof you can give to the child for fever cold and cough you can go ahead with giving it to the child fever medicine can be repeated every six hours in cold and cough repeated every eight hours three times in the day for 3 to 5 days
