my son is 3year old but still he is not started talking on his own from last 2 month he started repeating our words that's it sometime he don't understand whatever we say and also he started saying like aao baitho chalo jao what should I do should it's a speech delay or he need any type of speech therapy

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. still not started speaking encourage the baby more and more to speak keep questioning break the words and sentences and let baby repeat after you let the baby mingle same age groups
