my son is 3y and 3month old since morning he is vomiting and stomach pain I gave vomikind in the morning and then ranidom -pd. He is vomiting anything when he eat for stomach pain I gave drotin. please guide

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom try not to force feed the child , it’s ok if he isn’t willing to take food , try to give fluids just a few sips inbetween would be good such as ORS , coconut water etc , if the child is still vomit this as well please take him to the doctor
