my son is 3month old from tomorrow he is little bit sneezing and coughing please suggest me what to do

A. cough and cold may be infective or allergic in cause.give steam to relieve congestion and nasoclear drops can also be used in nose multiple times can also give maxtra drops.cough syrup or nebulization should be given according to the type of cough .self medication is not advisable. if the cough is prod$suctive give kufril-ls. give only simple home-made preparations as required ,child will eat as symptoms resolve.
