My Son is 3 yrs 8 months old His weight is 11.7 kg. He is active and good. Concern is how to increase the weight to match level

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. If the child is active and achieving all milestones as per age then no need to worry and to increase weight give milk avd milk products and add desi ghee in all meals of the child and increase outdoor playtime time
