Now Consumers have started giving semisolid food to the child so try to give more of fibre rich diet to your child and proteins and carbohydrates should be given in good quantity to the child after the age of nine months you can introduce egg yellow chicken and fish as well to the child because it is supposed to be very good for overall weight gain and highly rich in protein
