Q.
my son is 3 yr and 5 month.He is totally dependent on cows milk. He dont take anything else.Hardly few biscuit and chips.If i make him eat food or fruits he cries a lot and spit it out. I am feeling so frustrated .How to make him eat?

Please don’t give biscuits and chips to the child or very unhealthy they actually weaken the immune system of the child so they should actually not be given give milk three times in the day apart from that don’t give anything of a proper food if your child is crying then don’t give anything and let your child if you want to eat something this is what you are going to get over the period when your child will be hungry or child will eat what you are offering initially it going to be very tough for you but you will have to do it and also start with Iron and multivitamin supplement Write Your Answer Here
