my son is 3 years old.....suddenly pimples has shown on his face ......what is the reason of that his ears and face has covered with the pimples......what type of treatment I can give

Hello ma’am There is a possibility that your child may have got some allergy or maybe your child has eaten something which has insulted your child which is why this is happening so I would advise you to consult either your paediatrician or a dermatologist for a proper check up as after that only you can come to know what’s the reason behind it and accordingly a medication will be suggested to you
