my son is 3 years old, still boy is not speaking, consulted PSYCHRIOTIST, he told that no autism... he knows alphabets, colors, fruits , numbers... but he spoke those out when watching rhymes only, if we ask him what isn his, he didn't and say NO... WHAT IS HIS BEHAVIOUR, DON'T UNDERSTAND... IS IT TOO MUCH NAUGHTY? plz give us good suggestion. he not calling us mom and dad. sometimes calling as she.., and while crying says amma....

This requires proper evaluation so in order to clear all your doubts regarding this and to get a proper information you should consult your pediatrician/concerned doctor who will guide you in a proper way and will also suggest proper investigation required after clinical exzaamination and taking detailed history. That will be a better approach to get a proper treatment regarding this.
