Q.

My son is 3 years old now, doest chew roti, doesnt eat roti sabji, instead of which he likes hard peanut chikki, please tell me what to do??

A. dear mum , sugar is addictive it shows child preference for sweet sugary foods over healthy foods child shd eat with family to learn healthy eating , avoid any screen at meal time for u as well model chewing to ur child control sugary foods

A. Hello! Try involving your child and family meals. Let the child sit with the family while having food so that the child can understand way. Everyone is eating normally by chewing and swallowing. Keep changing the menu so that your child will taste different foods and flavours.
