my son is 3 years old last six months onwards getting cold and cough on and off sometimes he may get fever also what is the reason. his height and weight also less please tell me the reason

A. Hello, recurrent cough and cold is indication of poor immunity and hygine.. give immunity booster food substance like-Eggs, oranges, youghrt, spinach, nuts like almond, wallnut, sunflower seeds, apple, and all seasonal fruits and vegetables
