Q.

My son is 3 years old. He is fond of sweets. I have always observed that sugar makes him hyperactive. Is it really true that sugary food shows behavioral changes in kids?

A. many people do believe that sugar makes the kids hyperactive. some like to believe it and some don't. it varies from one baby to another also. not sure about hyperactive but certainly too many sweets will lead to teeth issues. make sure the baby brushes his teeth regularly twice a day. night time brushing is very important.
