Q.

My 3 years old is much addicted to sweets, how can I control his sugar intake? Also please let me know how much sugar is allowed for the kids per day?

A. see no rules. but cut on it. give him honey n jaggery. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. well we know sugar is refined by lot of chemical processes which may be harmful to children even adults. Excess sugar may cause caries and tooth decay in children and unwanted obsetiy. Instead replace with natural sweeteners like jaggery or palm candy.
