hello,my name is seema,now m currently 7th month pregnant,,my fasting sugar not cantrol plz give me some tips for control my sugar,,,nd also avoid rice,patato,all kind of sweets

A. good evening it is good that you are actually avoiding consumption of all the starch products and sugary food I would recommend you to consult with your gynecologist and start taking medicine
