ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom you can change the form of the foods which are not preffered by them , so dry fruits either in powder forms can be added to foods, you can make some kheer or halwa and give them as well , apart from that use in paranthas also,
fruits , can be given in form of milk shakes, popsicles etc as well

try to offer it in different forms or in different shapes
for example
prepare nuts ladoo , or it's powder, use the powder while preparing food items for your child
cut fruits in different shapes like star heart etc using shape cutter and serve it to your child
