Q.
My son is 3 years old and it is very difficult to make him eat. Whenever we give something to eat , he shows vomitting tendency most of the time. Kindly advice to improve his appetite.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom would suggest that at times just ignore them just give water and keep them hydrated once when hungry they will them sleeves ask for food and eat much better .
This has been personally been tried and it worked .
Apart from this you can get some age appropriate books and give it to the child and read for them
