My son is 3 years old and he is having cold and cough for one week on Monday he had fever of about 103degree and it got settled down from today morning he having bleeding on his nose plz tell the reason and solution for this thank you in advance

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. this needs investigations in the baby sometimes can be because of cold condition in the nose for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
