Hello Doctor. My son is 4 years old and he had severe cough last week and doctor gave omnicortil syrup for 3 days and now cold and cough settled. Post that after a week he had high fever and after giving paracetamol 6 hours once/ day , fever also got settled. Now he is okay and started to school as well. He seems Dull always and i can observe some change in his behaviour not showing interest any of the work and his face also seems Dull. What could be the reason, is it because of any medicine side effect, because we know Omnicortil is steroid.
