she is having cold cough and fever. I nebulizer with duolin and 3% hypernab and for fever giving syrup 120 mg paracetamol 6 ml. she is having weight of 12.1 Kg. still fever is comy since last two days and cough is not settled what should I do

A. The fever has a tendency to repeat every 3 to 5 hours and you are advised to repeat medicine every six hours but if the fever doesn’t subside within maximum time of 72 hours it is not a normal fever in that case you need to consult your doctor
