my son is 3 years old and he doesn't eat anything & complaint for leg pains.

A. According to the mentioned query here, it can be accepted as normal but if you still have doubts regarding this ,that this might be something else then you can consult your doctor for further guidance and suggestions about it till then you can keep tj ufhis under your observation for time.

A. Growing pains are cramping, achy muscle pains that some preschoolers and preteens feel in both legs. The pain usually occurs in the late afternoon or evenings. But it may cause your child to wake up in the middle of the night. Growing pains usually start in early childhood, around age 3 or 4.
