my son is 3 years and 2 months old, weighs 13 kg, and has had a fever since yesterday evening, 1st recorded temperature was 100.6 F at 8:30 pm so he was given syrup ibulgesic plus, there was relief for sometime and then again there was rise in temperature around 102.5 F so at 2:15 am P250 syrup was given an was wiped with lukewarm water 2 times. Again in the morning at 6:30 am the temp is 103 F ....is it safe to give ibulgesic again?
