My son is 3 years 5 months old . He had gone to school and suddenly has a 101 fever . But he is very active . Have given him crocin surup . But after 5 hrs again he gets fever . He is eating , passing urine , and playing also . So what could be the diagnosis . Why is he having fever in every 5 hours ?

Complete medicine course prescribe by doctor
There may be some infection or it may happen due to seasonal changes
