my son is 3 years 5 month old,he tell all names by showing objects nd pictures,he tell all animal name,vegetables,fruits,alphabets,vehicles,colours,months,day,he will tell all family members name,his name too..but he is using very limited number of vocabulary words..also he is using single single words,but I can see improvement of words day by day.he will convey all his needs...also he is started to speaking his words only in his 2 years 7 month old.I felt that it is not up to his age level speech..am worried,am I need to take him to any therapist r he will pick by his own
