Q.
he is speaking less, only few words, names and some animal names and numbers. most of the works he is doing by signs by showing hand movements. is there any problem with my son. please advise

T It may be normal but if your child is not responding but speaking every thing else that your child has learnt then I think it could be a little bit of delay in understanding things for that matter if you do not mind please get a check with the child psychologist ones because the doctor would be able to give you a better clarity on the situation
