Q.

hello dr.,my boy is 3 years 6month old..he started to speak at 2 years 9 month old..he is telling all the names by showing any pics and objects..he is telling alphabets fully,animal names,vegetable,fruits,vehicles,birds name,sounds of animal and birds..he is telling his name,all family members name,colours,singing rhymes,whatever his needs he will ask by communicating single word..if eg..if he need biscuit he will tell mamma biscuit..he is not speaking sentences,he speaks only two words..he responds his name wen i calling him,he is having eye contact,he responds all my commands,he understands whatever we are telling..but my worried is abt he is not speaking up to his age level..should he pickup ?also give some suggestion or advice to improve his language?
