my son is 3 years, 4 months old. I recently started his nursery school. I see all other kids sit constantly for 40 mins and mine only for 5 or 10 mins. also his speech is delayed. and hits ppl around him and sometimes even himself. and he is hyper active. what should I do ? should I be worried for ADHD ?
