my son is 3 year and 5months old . he eats food well but weight is not increasing. I don't know y.. I have consulted pediatrician but they are saying it's normal don't worry. is it normal?

A. Ma’am sometimes due to deficiency of iron and multivitamin also get don’t gain weight so it would be good if you go ahead with getting a deficiency test done once and accordingly then you can proceed with proper supplements for the child
