my son is 3 year 6 month old. today I have seen something brown colour under his tongue, that small portion under tongue looking brown in colour I'm attaching the pic please suggest what is it. ( sometimes he ate dust and soil from floor)

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Taste buds are visible to the human eye; they can stand out and look like dark spots when red wine or coffee stains them. Alternatively, black spots on the tongue could signal a condition called hyperpigmentation
