Q.
My son is 3 year 5 month old.... He says there is pain in the lower stomach... n he won't allow us to touch that part while taking bath... what we should do???? what may b the reason??

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently.
There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out.
Common causes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gcgastroenteritis or some chronic infection .
Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and fconsult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .
