my son is 3 y5 m he is getting fever from morning. pls suggest medicine for him. not paracetamol any other

A. hi, For any fever paracetamol is fine..after giving paracetamol wait for 30mins to 1 hour...if fever does not subside you can give tepid sponging , and it's good to meet ur doctor
