My son is 3 months old, here after I have used to drunk zeera water to whole day, it's gud or bad to my baby and me. please suggest

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, as a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby. However there is no need for you to drink jeera water. The normal regular water will suffice.
