Q.

My son is 3 months old. He always asks for breastfeed and he also refuses formula milk, pacifier. If I remove from breastfeed then he cries.i put him for sleep after feeding then he wakes up and starts sucking his thumb and fingers after that he starts crying again. Plz help

A. Congratulations on the new addition to your family! It sounds like your little one is relying heavily on breastfeeding for comfort and nutrition, which is completely normal at this age. It's common for babies to refuse formula and pacifiers in favor of the maternal breast. To ease the transition away from breastfeeding, try gradually introducing new ways of soothing, such as swaddling or baby massage, while also offering formula in small amounts throughout the day. Remember to be patient and trust that your baby will eventually adapt to changes in routine. Best of luck!
