A. Take healthy diet.

A. try including handful of nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashews in ur diet. also increase the protein intake. take proper care like oiling, regular washing n conditioner.

A. Healthy hair Following are the steps to keep hair strong and healthy. 1.Eat balanced diet including fruits vegetables and protein and dry fruits and dairy products. 2.Drink plenty of water. 3.Exercise regularly. 4.Meditate and keep your self calm stress free... sometimes stress is the main cause for hair fall 5.Avoid shampoos and contdtioners with harsh chemicals, avoid heat for hair styling. 6.Massage your scalp with coconut oil. 7.Ask your doctor for supplements.
