my son is 3+ his stomach hurts constantly he feels like the toilet has com but he do nothing. i think his stomach is not clean. what can i do?

A. constipation is treated by diet modification with high fibres and plenty of liquids in diet as h well as lactulose for polyethylene glycol can be given in proper dosages if required on medical advice .
