my son is 3 and half year old his fingers skin is peeling of and became reddish

Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. apply cetaphil moisturizer or virgin olive pil on baby's skin and try to keep it moistured, and avoid using soap while giving bath . also note if you are using any chemical product then avoid using those . if not get relief in 24 hours then consult doctor
