my son is 3 and half year old and from 1month he don't drink milk and don't eat enough food and become thin can you advise any medicine

Hello ma’am If your child has given a positive suddenly then I am very sure that your child is having some issue with your child is unable to express and you are unable to figure out so would advise you to consult your doctor because just giving up on everything suddenly is definitely not a good sign so kindly can consult your paediatrician ones
