My son is 3 and half months old. is there any problem giving eggs to him daily? what all other items we should give him daily?

Dear Mom excess of everything is bad so you should restrict the quantity of any food according to you are a baby is a routine of giving exit twice a week is recommended and along with that you can indulge in many vegetarian food such as black chana super which is a rich source of protein and iron you can also make a mix vegetable soup chicken soup can also be added banana which is rich source of iron and magnesium can be given on daily basisWrite Your Answer Here
