ExpertPrachiteeNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello Mom! Lot of children become fussy during this stage, it's just a phase but parents must make sure that their child's nutritional requirements are fulfilled.
Try new recipes, don't force feed your child, give him small meals, make the food look interesting and colorful, once in a while give him new cutlery - plates, spoons, bowl etc.
Try calorie & nutrient dense recipes like - peanut butter milkshake, paneer cheese frankie, sprouts uttapam, ragi chocolate pudding, fruit custard, banana pancake, soya pulao, dal kachori, caramelised sweet potato.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi yeah it happens. Dont force feed they won't have. Have a weekly plan that won't repeat any food again. Make it colorful, attractive, see what other healthy alternatives can be given. Entertain and feed them
