my son is 3.7year and 11.9 kg height 95 cm is he having malabsorption?? celiac disease? he is active and no any other issues mile stone were normal

A. dear mum the child has underweight but whether child is having malabsorption celiac disease can only be ascertained by clinical examination and test in celiac disease wheat and it's products are not tolerated

A. clinical examination he look fine blood test will do but he is not eating sufficient as per me
