my son is 3.5 montj old. He has pimples on his head for head leg and hands. Docter give derma dew lotion for him Then why it is coming back now

It Could probably be due to heat in the body a lot of times whatever mother is eating can also create a lot of heat in the body if you want you can just monitor the diet that you are eating and also if the cream that currently is given is not helping then you can shift to calamine lotion also
